Massage Basic & Advanced Skills Training with Rasal

What is the Massage Basic Skills course about? 

You will enjoy learning, practicing--receiving Rebalancing massage techniques combined with Joint-release methods and ‘assisted’ yoga stretches (core integration) with a taste of “Tao” (the way of ‘let go’.) This exquisite Massage approach is specifically designed to release stress from the body and the mind, and to lengthen/soften the musculature & connective tissue, but also to develop more awareness and sensitivity of your own body and how to gain the best effect with the least effort.   

The course is also open for therapists or body-workers who are already working with people to expand and widen their experience.  

Receiving ‘Rebalancing bodywork’ creates a deep relaxation & unwinding, but on another level provides more vitality and improved energy flow. It also brings people back into balance with themselves so they can live their essential unity of body, mind and heart.

Rasal is a well experienced body therapist who for 18 years has been offering sessions & courses globally to thousands of people, male and female. He comes regularly to Istanbul to share his expertise.
